Order Processing
- Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- Standard orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- Customized and corporate bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the design, quantity, and customization requirements.
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. For international shipping or large corporate orders outside India, please contact our team for assistance and shipping availability.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout or communicated during the quotation process for corporate orders.
- Promotional offers may include free shipping on selected products or order values.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the nature of your order.
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Other cities and towns: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
- Remote or difficult-to-access locations may require additional delivery time.
- Customized or bulk corporate orders will be delivered according to the mutually agreed production and dispatch schedule.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address, contact number, and recipient details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.
If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, recipient unavailability, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your package immediately upon delivery.
